Do I really need maintenance if my site is small?
Yes. Attacks are automated: bots don't tell a multinational from a personal blog. In fact, small sites are often favourite targets because they typically start with less baseline protection.
Why don't I just update from the WordPress dashboard myself?
You can, but a bad update can break the site (plugin/theme conflicts, fatal PHP errors, editor issues). We apply the changes first in a staging environment, review them and resolve conflicts before touching your live site.
What does the backup actually include?
A full copy of files and database, stored in the cloud away from the server itself (if the server goes down, the backup stays safe). On the Premium plan we run daily backups; on Basic, weekly. Restoration takes minutes when needed.
My WordPress already has issues, can you fix it?
Yes. We start with an initial audit, no strings attached. If we find malware, corrupt plugins or wrong configurations, we give you a separate quote to clean it up before starting the recurring plan. If everything is clean, we start the plan straight away.
How fast do you respond if something fails?
Less than 24 working hours on the Basic plan and priority on Premium. If the site is completely down we treat it as an emergency and respond as soon as we get the alert, even outside office hours.
Can I change plans or cancel any time?
Yes. No lock-in. If at any point you prefer to handle it yourself or switch providers, we hand over all technical documentation and the most recent backups.
Do you also do small improvements or just maintenance?
The Premium plan includes small improvements on demand (minor design tweaks, configuration, one-off integrations). For larger developments we give you a separate quote upfront so you know the cost before we start.
Do you work with WooCommerce and online stores?
Yes. WooCommerce is one of our specialities alongside standard WordPress. Online stores are more complex (payment gateways, stock, orders) and we usually recommend the Premium plan to take care of them properly.
