The things people ask us most before starting an online store.

Which technology do you recommend: WooCommerce, Prestashop or Shopify?
It depends on the project. WooCommerce (on WordPress) is our go-to for most SMEs: flexible, well-known, fully yours. Prestashop if you need advanced native commerce features. Shopify if you prefer paying a monthly fee and forgetting about hosting. We recommend the best option for your case in the initial meeting.
How many products can I upload? Is there a limit?
No technical limit. Plans include an initial upload (100, 500 or unlimited depending on the plan); beyond that we can either upload them for you (with a per-batch cost) or train you to do it yourself. Advanced stores comfortably handle catalogues of thousands of products.
What if I sell services, not physical products?
We handle it the same way. WooCommerce and Prestashop sell services, downloads, vouchers, subscriptions, bookings or experiences. For recurring subscriptions (monthly payments) we integrate specific gateways that take the admin work off your hands.
Which payment gateways do you integrate?
The usual ones: bank virtual POS (Redsys, Banco Sabadell, BBVA, La Caixa…), PayPal, Stripe, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay and financing options like Aplazame or Sequra. We recommend at least two gateways so you don't lose sales if one is down.
What about stock and order management?
The store comes with its own dashboard to manage orders, returns, stock, customers and invoices. If you want, we connect it with your management software (Holded, FactuSOL, specific ERPs) so stock syncs automatically and you don't have to maintain two systems at once.
Can you connect it with my ERP or management software?
Yes. We have native integrations with Holded, FactuSOL, A3 and others. For proprietary ERPs we build a custom integration (included in the Advanced plan or as an add-on). We check with your current system to confirm feasibility before starting.
How long does it take to launch?
An Essential Store usually launches in 4-6 weeks; a Professional one in 7-10 weeks. The Advanced plan depends on volume and integrations, typically 10-16 weeks. We give you a concrete plan with dates in the initial meeting.
What about legal aspects: invoicing, GDPR, returns?
Every store ships with legal notice, privacy policy, cookies policy, terms of sale and a returns procedure compliant with consumer law. Automatic invoicing is standard; optionally we connect to your accounting software so invoices land there too.
