Frequently asked questions

The things people ask us most before signing up for hosting.

What does the plan actually include?
Disk space, monthly transfer, domain included (depending on plan), corporate email, Let's Encrypt SSL certificate, Plesk panel to manage everything, automatic backup and technical support. Each plan has its own specifics, but all share that baseline.
Where are the servers? Are they GDPR compliant?
Data centre in Europe with all security and GDPR certifications. We don't use non-EU servers for standard hosting; if your case needs a specific location, just tell us and we confirm before signing up.
How long does migration from my current provider take?
Usually 24-48 hours, including DNS propagation time. We move files, databases, emails and SSL certificates without your visitors noticing anything. If your previous provider isn't cooperative, we handle the technical migration ourselves with your credentials.
What if my site grows and I need more resources?
We scale CPU, RAM or disk in hours, without migrating the server. If you need a big jump (e.g. from shared hosting to dedicated VPS), we plan it together so the switch is clean and downtime-free.
Do you handle support yourselves or is it outsourced?
Our own team, based in Lleida, in Spanish and Catalan. We partner with ARSYS for the infrastructure, but the first level of support (configuration, questions, incidents) we handle ourselves with real knowledge of your project.
What do you do with backups? How long do you keep copies?
Automatic daily backup, stored in a location separate from the production server (external cloud). We keep 7 rotating copies; if you need longer retention (monthly, yearly), we configure it on request.
Do I get access to the server (SSH, FTP, panel)?
Yes. Full Plesk panel access from day 1; FTP/SFTP to upload files; SSH access available on Premium plans and above. We train you in the first week so you know your way around the panel.
What uptime do you guarantee and what happens if you fail to meet it?
We guarantee 99.9 % monthly uptime. If any month falls below that figure due to our fault (not yours), we automatically credit you with service days. The incident and the compensation are documented in the panel.
