Is the domain in my name or yours?

Always yours (or your company's). You are the legal holder from the very first minute. We can appear as technical or administrative contact if you want, but the domain is 100 % yours. No lock-in.

What if I want to change provider one day?

We give you the authorisation code (EPP/AuthCode) and the steps to transfer it to the registrar of your choice. The transfer is standard and we can't block it. No problem, no surprise cost.

Which extensions can I register?

Over 500: classic (.com, .es, .org, .net, .info, .biz), regional (.cat, .eu, .fr, .de, .uk, .mx), sector-specific (.shop, .app, .tech, .health, .law, .pro) and many more. We confirm availability and price before registering it.

What exactly is WHOIS protection for?

When you register a domain, your details (name, address, phone, email) go into a public WHOIS database anyone can query. Protection replaces those details with those of an intermediary service, without losing legal ownership — you reduce spam, cold calls and phishing.

How long does it take to be active?

The registration itself is immediate. DNS propagation across the Internet takes 2 to 24 hours (rarely more). If you transfer an existing domain, it usually takes 5-7 days due to the source registry's checks.

Can I use my domain for email even if my hosting is elsewhere?

Yes. The domain is independent of hosting and email. We set up MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records pointing to whichever email service you use (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, our own hosting, another provider) without touching anything else.

What if the domain I want is already taken?

We help you find alternatives (variants of the name, different extensions) or, if feasible, contact the current holder to try to buy it. We never pay upfront without your approval.

What if I don't renew in time?

There's a grace period (variable per TLD, usually 30-40 days) during which you can still recover it. After that it enters "redemption" with a high cost, and then it can be released for anyone to grab. That's why we set up auto-renewal and alerts by default.
