How much budget do I need to start?
Minimum €200/month in advertising (Google/Meta) so platforms have enough data to optimise. Recommended starts at €500-1,000/month for competitive sectors. The management fee is billed separately from the advertising budget.
How soon will I see results?
First visits and leads usually arrive in the first 7-14 days. The "real optimisation" phase begins at month 1 (when platforms have data to learn). Months 3 and 4 are when you see whether the channel scales or not.
What does the Digital Marketing plan include?
Strategy and end-to-end management, campaigns on Google Ads and social media (Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn if applicable), social profile management, email marketing, monthly reports and ongoing support. It does NOT include content creation (graphic design) or video editing — we quote those separately if you need them.
What if I sell B2B, not B2C?
The channel and creative change but the method is the same. For B2B we usually focus more on LinkedIn Ads + Google Search + qualified email, with longer funnels and lead nurturing. We do both B2B and B2C.
Do you also manage organic social media?
Yes. The plan includes regular posts on the profiles we agree (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business). What's NOT included is content creation from scratch (videos, professional photos, illustrations); that's quoted separately.
How do you report on results?
Monthly report with clear KPIs: visits, leads, conversions, cost per lead, ROAS, comparison with previous month. Plus access to a live dashboard where you can check metrics any time. Meeting every 4-6 weeks to review and adjust.
Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel any time?
No lock-in. We work month to month. We ask for a minimum of 3 months so the campaign exits the learning phase, but if at any point you decide to stop, just give us one month's notice.
Who owns the Google Ads and Meta accounts?
You do. We create the accounts in your company's name (or start from yours if you already had them). We access as managers. The day you want to bring it in-house or switch agency, the accounts with all the history stay with you.
