Is my company big enough to use AI?

Where do I start if I've never touched AI?

What kind of projects do you do exactly?
Custom chatbots and virtual assistants (trained on your information), automation of repetitive processes integrated with generative AI, mass document processing (data extraction, classification, summaries), AI-assisted content generation, and custom solutions built with APIs of models like ChatGPT or Claude.
Will my data end up at ChatGPT and train future models?
For projects with sensitive data we use enterprise APIs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Bedrock, open-source models deployed in Europe) that do NOT train on your data and sign GDPR-compliant processing agreements. For non-sensitive cases we may use standard APIs, always being clear with you about what gets sent and what doesn't.
How much does a typical project cost?
The initial consulting is €195. A custom implementation project starts from €1,500 for simple cases (a basic chatbot, a specific automation) and can scale with complexity. After the consulting we give you an exact quote before starting.
How long until it's running?
The initial consulting delivers results in 1-2 weeks. A small project (chatbot, automation) usually takes 3-5 weeks. Large projects (integrations with your systems, document processing at scale) can take 2-3 months. In all cases you get access to a working beta soon to iterate.
What if the AI makes a mistake or gives a wrong answer?
We design it to know when to hesitate and escalate to a human. We set limits, sources of truth (your information) and control mechanisms. For critical cases (legal, medical, financial) we always configure human validation before acting.
Do I have to maintain it afterwards? Does it "break" on its own over time?
AI solutions need adjustments over time: models improve, your data changes, new cases appear. That's why we offer the "Maintenance and evolution" plan from €99/month with monitoring, prompt tuning, minor improvements and a monthly report.
